Welcome to the Students' Corner of the National History Day in Pennsylvania! Congratulations on your interest in learning more about the past through local, national, and world history.
The Students' Corner is a student-focused page that includes helpful information about the National History Day in Pennsylvania contest (including updates specific to you, the student).
You will enjoy many benefits when you compete in History Day. For example, you will:
- meet other students with similar interests
- have the chance to win prizes and recognition for yourself and your school
- develop problem-solving and research skills that will help you for the rest of your life
- Before you start your project, we recommend that you talk to your social studies teacher about your desire to participate. Your teacher can serve as your mentor, offering guidance and encouragement.
